Protocols and devices keep data safe because;

• they have passwords so no one can break into them
• they have viruses that no one else can get 
• they have a security key that keeps people away so when they try to break in the security key knows when somethings happening.
• protocols have something called encripted, this is a device that blocks people from your internet and has all different codes behind it to keep it safe.

If someone wants to send a contact to another person you could

1) you could send it by SMS first you copy and paste the number 

then you type in the contact you want to send it to then you past the number

then that contact will get it then the person can save it

2) you could write the number down and give it to the person

so you get a piece of paper then get a pen write the number down

and you give the person it

the easiest one out of the two is SMS one because you only 

copy and paste it but the only thing is it costs sometimes

i dont think number 2 is easy because most likely the 

person will lose it.

from going on your computer or being addicted
to playing on a game on it, you could get eye strain.
This is when your eyes get really sore or your
sight goes blury
You could also get issues like typers from typing
to much they get strain in their hands so they will
probably have to have time off work.

The Law:
if your phone gets hacked into and you have work
contacts on it or vital information you could lose all
that and someone could get lots of information then they
could hack into your files.
piggybacking is against the law to this is when someone
hacks into you WiFi and uses it all the time and if you
are paying once a month for your WiFi the person who
has hacked into it can add money on to your cost


M3-
to solve all of these problems you can put a security
lock on to your phone or laptop so if someone is tryin
to rob your phone or laptop they cant get into your files
or they cant get into it at all.
You could also put a tracking device on your phone
some phones automatically have one but you have to
make sure you have a good one. If someone steals your
phone or you lose it and you find it on your computer
you can track where about it is.

The work company could use a iphone 4 or 4s because they have tracking devices so

they can see if the driver is actually going to work or going to the right place, and it

would be easier to get in touch with them. Like if a driver was meant to work 8 hours

and he was delivering stuff and it only took him 2 hours he could go home and still get

paid for the 8 hours shift, and it also has a satanav so the driver can get the way to
where he was going.

This is the difference between the speed and costs of sending pictures, so on the laptop its fast( this all depends of how fast your internet runs) and its very easy to do, where as on the mobile phone you have to attach it to a MMS message and then send which is going to cost you something like 50p for that? so id recommend using internet but the person mite not get it straight away where as MMS message it gets to them straight away so its up to you which option you choose.

THE BEST WAY TO ACCESS THE INTERNET IS VIA 3G OR WI-FI, IT DEPENDS ON HOW FAST YOUR WI-FI IF IT IS FASTER THEN YOU SHOULD USE THAT, THEN JUST SIMPLY SEND IT TO YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS OR WORK ADDRESS. IF YOU ARE ON SIGHT AND YOU TAKE A PHOTOGRAPH YOU NEED TO EMAIL THE PHOTOGRAPH TO YOUR HOME OR OFFICE COMPUTER THERE ARE SEVERAL WAYS TO DO THIS SUCH AS: 3G, WI-FI OR YOU COULD BLUETOOTH OR INFARED THE PICTURE TO SOMEONE SUCH AS YOUR BOSS. I FEEL THE BEST WAY TO GET YOUR PICTURE TO ITS DESTINATION IS TO GO ON THE INTERNET VIA 3G THEN YOU COULD SIMPLY EMAIL IT TO YOUR BOSS OR YOUR HOME ADDRESS. IN MY OPINION THE BEST WAY TO SEND A PHOTOGRAPH TO YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IS TO USE 3G AS THIS IS EASILY ASSESSABLE AND CAN BE USED AT HOME OR ON LOCATION, SO IT CAN HELP NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE AND IS SIMPLY BETTER THEN YOUR OTHER OPTIONS, ITS FAST, EASY TO WORK

Bluetooth- Bluetooth is used for phones computers printers etc, you can use it to send files, pictures, music and videos and sometimes like a contact on your phone to send to one of your friends. if you wanted to print something off in school but it was on your phone or ipod, laptop or something, you could bluetooth it to the printer so it can be printed off. The range of bluetooth is about 50 meters

Wifi- Wifi is used so you can have connection so you can text people or go on the internet etc. if your dont have wifi you wont be able to text or ring people, some places dont have wifi like if you are driving somewhere on holiday for the weekend you could be stuck there and there isnt any wifi. The range of wifi depends if you are near it

SMS is known as'texting' you can send different files through texting texting might cost money but it might no sometimes it does when your sending pictures or video. Thr range of sms depends if you are near a phone tower

3G 3G is third generation mobile internet you can use it outside your house where you aren't connected to internet, like on blackberrys on the internet bit at the top it had 3g on it if you have good internet surrounding, the range depends if you are near good phone tower

Infared is a wireless protocol and you can send data over laptops and mobiles and its a meter
range, the range isnt very good because its a t.v remote

MMS it sends pictures to other devices. Range depends if you are near good wifi or phone tower

GPRS is a tracking device. Range is good because its a tracking device

i picked a ipod touch 5th generation 

white with camera because it has 64gb memory 

and you could get about 500 songs on or more and 

you can play games on it if your on a break
The features of this is it has a camera at front and back
free texts over wifi, 4 inch retina display,
multi touch screen interface. The advantages
of this are it has a good battery you can listen
to music for 24 hours until your battery runs out. it has
wifi you can play games on it and put money on your
itunes account. The disadvantages are, that when you
are playing a game the battery can run out quickly. It
may break easily if you drop it onto a tile flooring or
onto the path.

the features of this acer laptop are wide screen display, intel hd graphics, built in camera, 4gb, 500gb sata hard drive.  The advantages of this are you can go on the internet, its a fast working laptop, easy to work you can put games onto it as
long as they are computer ones and your computer allows
it onto the device. the disadvantages are if you don't do the update pop up things it may start being really slow.

student who needs a mobile with internet access 

i picked a blackberry bold 9790 black because you can

free internet and it is fast and you can save information for 

school on it.
The features of this phone is optical trackpad, up to built
in 5mp camera, bluetooth, colour screen. the advantages are you can
get in contact with your friends that have a blackberry. you can download
games and apps.and the battery is really good. the disadvantages
are that sometimes it can freeze if you download lots of apps
it might start to be really slow.

Self employed worker 

i choose a iphone 4s because you can have work contacts into 

a group and it is really fast and good for self employed people 

loads of self employed workers have one you can set up email 

so all your emails come on to your phone so you can read it on 

their.
The features of this are its touch screen, with two cameras at front
and back , you can talk to it and ask questions it has good memory and
you can put stuff on your phone to your laptop or computer. The advantages
are it has two cameras at the front and back, you can ring people
text people, download apps. The disadvantages are the screen may break. 

journalist who needs  tablet

i picked a samsung tablet because it has a
16gb memory and it is very big it is touch screen
and you can have games and songs and have a work
folder on it with all your journal stuff.
The features of this are 10.1 inch screen,  16g internal storage,
up to 8 hours battery life, webcam, multi touch screen.
